Hedging

Our hedging division is one of the many things that separates our team from the competition. Since our crew is almost always working on hedges, they have become well practiced and it shows.

 Pruning

At Fraser Strata Care our staff provide clients with industry leading pruning and hedge trimming services. Allow us to beautify your property with our professional team of experienced topiarists using state of the art equipment. Our hedge trimming crew is its own team. Working to help our regular maintenance crews keep up with the growing season when large jobs are presented.

Tree & stump removals

No matter the size or spot, we can get it taken care of. Often permits are necessary.

Our Projects and Improvements division is the best around. In fact, the original name of the company was “Fraser Fence and Turf”. With our decades of experience in the residential strata industry, we can offer great advice and planning to make sure it gets done right the first time. Our team will provide all that’s required to do a full yard renovation, or a couple small tweaks. Whatever it takes to provide our customers with an enjoyable outdoor living experience.

Lawn repair/replacement

With one of the most diverse and unpredictable climates around, there is a bit of an art to planting and successfully growing nice new grass. Whether it’s planting new sod from a turf farm or growing it ourselves from seed, we can get your lawn fixed up.

There’s nothing better than utilizing more of your lot with a good useful outdoor space. Let us build, expand or replace your patio and you won’t be disappointed. Retaining walls can also reclaim some space and make it more usable by making the area more level.

Planting

We always provide and install great quality nursery stock trees, shrubs, flowers, vines and ground cover. Whether it’s out with the old and in with the new or making an addition we got your back.

Drainage

Is your lawn a bit soft at most times, or your yard completely flooded? Get us in to check it out either way and we will provide you with some recommendations.

Hourly rate with a minimum charge.

Product installations

We can install soil and mulch products. Most times the materials are installed by hand, others require the use of a bark blower. Decorative rock on top of high quality landscape cloth can make for some appealing low maintenance landscape areas as well.
